Los Angeles Art Deco Sunset Photo Tour
Join LADIG and the Los Angeles Conservancy at 5:30 Tuesday Evening August 16 for the second of our LADIG summer photowalks.
This tour is an up-close look at the architecture and style of the 1920s and 1930s, full of wonderful geometric designs and distinctive artwork.
The tour starts at Pershing Square, near the center of the square near the orange trees. There is validated parking under Pershing Square for $5.00, or better yet take the Metro Red Line to the Pershing Square Station.
The tour is about 12 blocks, with minimal rest stops. Our tour will end between 7:30 and 8:00 pm and we'll adjourn for dinner at a neighborhood restaurant (dinner is not included in the registration fee.)
Tripods are not allowed, but monopods are acceptable. After the event, submit your best photos to us and we'll post them on the LADIG website and incorporate them in a special slideshow before our September meeting.
